Yesteday i,ll call up all the real estate agent tel no: at PUJ 9 pasted on the sale units. ALL the selling price for intemediate, without renovation double storey link houses were selling at rm 330k'', i repeat rm 330k'' [ except those located at Tee junction'', which is asking for rm 270k']. Single storeys corner lot were also above rm 300k.Dont be mislead that prices were low and down, painting a bleak picture in your mind''.catching unsuspecting houseowners.
Castlebee'', i presumed real estate agent would like to lower the Price so sale would be easily done'', regardless you lose or make, most importantly 'they make the profits'.Simple renovations today cost rm 50k'', above, keep your head up, The mass rail transit project passing our area to puchong jaya and subang jaya by PRASANARA will start soon. ZEST 9, kinrara shopping mall will bring live to our area, Crete is building is building new shoplots [i.m sure they bought this land from talam] if no value , why so many developers come here?. Another 2 years, you regret the sale', you make today', just like those who sold last year.

Yes, I do agreed that 400k is not easy to sell! I have this thought that I want to sell off my current house and buy another semi-d in puncak jalil too. Hmm, I guess the semi-d price also went up a lot, right??

Nope, i,m not a real estate agent'', if i,m , i would like the rest of the same trade fellas trying to lure you into the bush'', and rape you dry'' :lol: .I,M one of those hardline fighters as if going to vietnam war to fight my house'', the last thing now if we were cheated off our hardfight for house' by hustlers.SINISTER is it'', they were NEW''.in the forum''.''JUST ARRIVE'', The minute they were here, they can tell you ', your hse is too expensive'', as if they were MASTER OF HOUSE PRICES HERE'', I Been here 9 years, i dont even dare to say that'',IF they were not property agents ,how they can be so sure?.To tell you the truth, i got property agent calling me out of nowhere if i would like to sell my house for rm 300k'., On my check around'', the units for sale is rm 330k''.Property prices went skyhigh everywhere',KINRARA DSL now sell rm 670k, BANDAR PUTERI, THE PEAK DSL sell a whopping rm 750k for a dsl hse.These agents got buyers rushing to join the property banwagon but wouldnt want to pay', so they are looking at PUNCAK JALIL to make a quick buck out of our naiveness and non educated of property prices.

Let look at the advertisement on paper, newly lauched houses at place like Rawang, Klang etc already far above RM300k and require waiting time of at least 2 years for completion. In addition, it is now difficult to get a intermediate DSL house at Klang valey below RM300k

Thus I've decided to put a hold of selling my current house for which I've earlier intended to dispose it at abt RM260k. For those who wish to get a house from PUJ below RM300k, better act fast as there are still many existing owners willing to let go their house at abt RM250k at this juncture.

Bak...i like your comment...sharp like nife...no, pedang samurai but not till causing taken away a head from teh body la hahahaa........lucky me to buy a house here, even as a 2nd owner....just I'm quite surprise I can even hear my next house neighbour shower drop when he taking a shower la...also when they are using the staircase...clearly...but rest is okay....

any body know what the current market price for unit sized 18x65?

I visit the semi-D unit yesterday....cuci-cuci mata........just don't understand, why no floor finishing on the house?....how come a semi-D come with all round cement rendered?

Even though Talam in the red'' n pn 17'' [just return to the black' in Bursa] remainder units of semi-dees price at rm 428k'' were quickly snap up. i,ll called those on sale'', its rm 560k now, still a fraction of semi-dees price compare to Kinrara... PUJ 9'', Can i hear rm 370k at the end 2010''. Hope you guys post it here, so everyone can share the good news''. :D :D

hi all, long time didnt login due to busy with my work.

for those who asking me about my loan progress, i can say that the process are quite fast. i've signed the loan documentations with the lawyer somewhere middle of May 2010, first advise was disbursed on mid of july 2010 and today i called the lawyer and they are ready for the final advise. hope to get the house key by 2nd or 3rd week of august 2010.

fyi, my loan financier is cimb bank.

Last week, friends told PUJ 9 rental for intermediate dsl hse revised to between rm 800-850, Corners at rm 1,000- 1,200.You can take this as a guide for PUJ 2.

Nested between PUJ 8 and PUJ 9, There lies Semi-dees D EMERALD VILLE, looking by on the mainroad looks dull,empty and unoccupied'', but something is changing inmensely inside, the internal row jalan PUJ 9/9 (Semidees road are also PUJ 8 & 9) .Semi-dees are turned into bungalows, with fantastic design and massive renovations'', not just one but almost the whole row !''.Seeing is believing'', Sooner or later , other rows will join in ,renovating, when those owners decide to move in . What i really like to say is'' when the rich and well off sees so much potential here'', and invested hundreds and hundreds of thousands ringgit to turn PCK JALIL into their '' Luxury Haven'', why are dsl house owners unload their property so cheap as if they were ''year long , pain in the neck,bundled of old worthless newspapers'', especially those PUJ 8 & 9, who live side by side the semi dees.i hope they would drive around the semidees before hurry in a decision to sell''.Those dsl and single sty houses in lucky garden, Bangsar,nearby the rich bungalows fetch unbelievable prices, you could never inmagine'',single sty asking price rm 700k, dsl rm 970k!, all houses there at least 30 yrs,( roof almost falling off, need massive repairs :D :) ) :)
