Moving to PUJ soon (i hope)... Had sooo much trouble with Maxisegar (who apparently managing PUJ dev... it's TALAM dua muka...).... consent sangkut at MB's office, thanks to TALAM crap.... Thank God, Sgor MB announced approval of consent sometime in May.... then we liaised with Maxisegar.... they are supposed to inform us once it's black and white.... we waited, then we received a pay or we'll forfeit your deposit! SERIOUSLY! When my husband went to their office today, the a**h%$# there said 'ooppsss sorry u r late'... He refused to issue a receipt of the cheque... coz kena tanya management coz it's past 7 days of the letter... The letter dated 2nd July 2010... and we received on 10th July!!! It's not even a registered or pos laju letter! seriously! When asked the finance officer, the 7 days - are working days so still ok lah.... I seriously am soooo pissed and upset... from beginning they are berbelit and dangerous...

I will spare the gory details of our experience with these people.... But wat do u expect from TALAM rite? It's just unfortunate that this is happening... We did our due diligence checking with REHDA and all prior deciding on this property but the agent from Metrowealth was another talam... so.... here we are...

Can you explain how did you rec;d those letter ? I live in Phase 2 but until today no letter from any parties
