Just to share with you all, My house got 2 times buglary attempt lately,

They tried to come in from the masterbedroom toilet roofhole. My house is double-storey
Lucky that im always sleep very very late. Maybe they bail when they see im not sleeping yet

So, guys... please be more alert with your house, seems like very active buglary around PUJ 9 nowadays

u better install the alarm sys... nowaday quite cheap in range of RM1500.

Hi,

It's great you've a near miss, but these Goons are around targeting others as well, get a dog OR rear a Geese like what I saw from a muslim neighbour with a corner hse. no one dares near his house as these Goose really made their present felt, now I know why some 're use as an alternate to dogs in some US army camp .

long long time i have not logged in to this forum, shocked to discover that there were so many burglary incidents already in puncak jalil...i stay in puj 9 oso. i thaught all this while puj 9 was very safe to stay due to only 1 main entrance to it and with security guard.

i wonder burglary still happens despite the security guard is just out there, what the guards doing huh? in fact, i can see the guards do not really patrol very frequent, even in nite time cause sometime i stay till quite late and did not notice the guards passing by dong patrolling oso... i cant sleep well after know all these break-in cases since couple of days....worry me n my hse safety oso. i oledi have alarm system, hope it will help.

thks for update us any break-in cases from time to time so that the neighbourhood is alert and take caution steps.

May I know what is the procedure to apply for guard house and install gate at the back lane, to stop the thief to enter from the back of our house? Is there any sample letter to get approval from MPSJ?

as i know to install the gate at the back lane, u need to get an consent frm all the residents which i located between ur house (back) n if there is no problem, then u can installed.

For guard house, bot that sure.

I think we needed to talk to the security at PUJ 9 again.

It seem that their security is getting from good to bad and hopefully not going worse.

Already make a police report regarding this issue. They told me, most burglary in Puncak Jalil area happens when people go out to work. Unfortunately, I rent the house...so no alarm system for me. Just knives,baseball bat, bricks & frying pans to counter any circumstances

I sleep very late at night, and i always saw guard patrolling our area..so i believe that they are doing their job.

I wonder what kind of 'job' the guard are doing when they are taking the patrol.....looking for a security or looking for potential victims? Hopefully the first one God will...I'm quite afraid now lsitening to your case....since my house has no alarm as well....to install? hmm......have to wait the 13th month salary I guess.....just can only pray to the God for a good keeper...

Dear all,

I Installed Rat Trap every where in the roof and light sensory with sound is kena People. . try to invest CCTV and alarm, it does proved no intruder able to break in. I have stay in Apartment and terrace hse and learned from past experiences. Currently living in Ahjung Hijau with not breakin For 2 years in the a roll as CCTV installed here.
