I'm wondering RA still functioning or not? Long time no news at all. Anyone can feedback??

Paid for registration and member fee. Not heard of any meeting since a year ago.

Hi RA is registered organisation. Cannot form another RA with existing RA. Now Since the existing RA is useless/Inactive/Die already then All of us staying In Puncak Jalil no own to help us anymore to highlight Such As Road condition,Lighting Condition, Security something to do with Police and Sweeping Floor.Rubish with MPSJ.Alam Flora, etc. This is what i call just for the sake of proud Being named committe of RA Puncak Jalil. Many Housing and many those people living in high Rise Building is being cheated Maintenance fund. Normally Residents joining RA.JMB,JMC and MC is for the own personal intention. Wonder Why I know so much right ? Well I have stay In High rise for sometimes and being a MC can practically see only 1 or 2 active where Bal:80~90% just name MC but don't care anything. When got new Project like Install water filter, Painting, Road resurfacing, Renovation, CCTV these 80~90% MC Masuk campur. This clearly show what is the actual situation whether you live in high rise nor in terrace house. I forsee Our Puncak Jalil will untidy. More Stray dogs.Cats, Rubbish being thrown every where, lalang Grown like bushes More robberies, Cars stolen and more crimanal theif that is Ragut Dompet. If don't believe You can See the Shop location, Practically no one sweeping the road nor see any MPSJ People coming to fill Poth Holes, Cut tress Repaing road lighting. etc
A very good example is our current puncak Jalil Sign board located near Sirim. No one will ever Know Puncak Jalil anymore nor Your Jalan sigh baord also Faded. Pls do visit to other nearby Neighbourhood such as Bandar Kinrara, Esplanad,Oug, and compare to our Puncak Jalil. Everyday i drive pass Jalan 1/155B and Arked Esplanad in Jalan 7/155B saw DBKL contractor Sweeping the road every day. recenty DBKL Installed additional bumper in Jalan 1/155B I Never seen any MPSJ Contractor sweeping, trimming the trees, Repairing Road condition etc in Puncak jalil. next Election i will just vote if MP turun padang no Point to vote MP ifhe or she don;t turun padang, Same goes to RA. See for your own eyes. As at now I do not know Puncak Jalil under which MP and certainly the MP is tak boleh harap.

According to our Tuan Presiden (Encik Zainuddin), most probably the next TPJ resident gathering will be held after Hari Raya. It would be great if any of our RA committee members can give a regular update in this forum.
